Hi there! I am Dr. Michelle O’Neal-Woods, a Physical Therapist with nearly 30 years of experience. After my second pregnancy and during the Covid-19 pandemic, I developed excruciating hip pain, worsened by my job's physical demands and the stress of quarantine with two young children. My diet deteriorated, leading to an autoimmune disease diagnosis. The first-line drug helped but harmed my liver, and the second-line drug was costly with severe side effects. Determined to find an alternative, I embarked on a holistic health journey, including fasting and eating as clean as possible, which significantly improved my health.
